When pressing both [[universaltech:dash]] and melee at the same time on the exact same tick, you are able to execute a **Dash Punch**. This Dash Punch allows you to extend the range of your melee at the cost of one stamina. Dash Punching is available for both Light Melee and [[universaltech:Heavy Melee]]

Dash Punching is a tick perfect input. In order to Dash Punch, you need to be moving in any direction (if not, you will just do a regular melee). If you do not have enough stamina for a dash, you will just melee.

A normal Heavy Melee goes 238.5 units forward. A Heavy Melee Dash Punch goes 472.41 units forward, while a Light Melee Dash Punch goes 510.38 units forward.

To execute, press dash and melee on the same tick.
