Superior Stamina1) is a Tier 3 
Vitality item that costs 3,500, which enhances basic movement abilities and stats.
Superior Stamina enhances:
- Air Dashes, and
by allowing the amount that can be performed before landing from 1 to 2.
Air Dashes and Air Jumps have +30% extra distance, and you gain 3 extra Stamina with +25% stamina recovery.
With the +25 stamina recovery stat, the time it takes for one bar of stamina to recover becomes four seconds instead of five.
Superior Stamina heavily impacts transit line rollouts and ZMC with its +30% extra air dash distance. For example, a ZMC into Strafe Dash into wall jump might get you halfway from a side lane into a middle lane; with Superior Stamina, you can expect to get the full way with speed to spare.
Superior Stamina can also enhance movement tech, in the same way that it enhances basic movement. Below are the techniques that are noticeably impacted by the purchase of Superior Stamina.
Dashing, Instant Air Dashing, Strafe Dashing

Superior Stamina contains the +30% Air Dash Distance statistic and increases the number of Air Dashes that can be performed before touching the ground from one to two.
The +30% Air Dash Distance statistic allows for a general speed increase for Air Dashes. Normal forward IAD’s have a peak speed of 596 u/s, while Superior Stamina IAD’s have a peak speed of 747 u/s.
While beneficial, the general distance gain is not the best aspect of Superior Stamina; the best aspect is the second dash. When using the second dash immediately after the first, you can gain an additional ~100 u/s and greatly prolong the distance travelled, going from
- 315 units forward with an IAD
- ~470 units forward with one Superior Stamina IAD
- ~950 units forward with two Superior Stamina IAD’s.
